What determines our response time
Three things: distance from Jefferson Boulevard, the time of day, and whether the work requires a utility disconnect. A dead circuit in Mid-City at 9 p.m. is usually a same-night call. A planned service upgrade in Inglewood is scheduled around LADWP or Southern California Edison coordination and the inspection calendar, which is measured in days rather than hours.
