Do you answer the phone at night and on weekends?
Yes. Calls to (213) 584-4180 reach us at any hour, every day of the year. Nights, weekends and holidays are when most of our emergency work happens, so the line is staffed rather than routed to voicemail.
Are you licensed to do electrical work in Los Angeles?
We work as a california licensed c-10 electrical contractor, the classification the Contractors State License Board issues for full-scope electrical work in California. Electrical work in the City of Los Angeles is permitted and inspected through the Department of Building and Safety, and we pull permits in our own name when a job requires one.
How soon can someone get to my house?
Our shop sits on West Jefferson Boulevard, so most of West Adams, Mid-City, Culver City and Baldwin Hills is a short drive. Response time depends on traffic and on how many emergency calls are ahead of you, and we will tell you a realistic window when you call instead of a number designed to sound good.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
For panel upgrades, rewiring, service changes and most EV charger installations, yes. We prepare the application, coordinate with LADWP where a service disconnect is needed, and meet the inspector on site.
